Just ask around. Go check out loadza small home town gigs. Check out local papers and rock magazines for musicians required or avalible. Put up signs in school or stuff.

Ask around people in your school you'll find that alot of people in your school at your age will be up for making a band as well. If your band gets to a proffesional stage, you can do what i did in one of my bands and look for serious musicians by putting ads in papers. Another thing, is there a music service where you live? If there is they may have some courses that you could take for working in bands, i know my music service in my city did cause i was asked to help out in it, but if you join something like that not only will you get valueble band experience but you may find other musicians you would like to play with.

I've been in a band where we ever got to the stage of recording half of an album and getting a publisher willing to publish the album when it was finished, however we didn't work well with the basist as he was more into jazz than the music we played so we looked for a replacement in the paper we got some calls but unfortunatly no-one we thought would work out or members of the band could just drop out, it happens all the time with most bands
