Come on guys lets face it, out of the new GNR Tommy has to be the closest thing to GNR out of all the new members (bar Axl and Dizzy).
Hes got the attitude, one of the better relationships with Axl in the band and hes one of the only people in the new gnr that for me still give thr GNR feel (only abit though)
Apart from Dizzy and Axl i think Tommy is the only member from the old GNR that would fit in the new (even though Duff is faaaaar better) so say in 1992 duff got eaten by a lama and Gnr need a new basist to tour with GNR do you guys think Tommy stinton would fit in with the old GNR? I think he would but he would never be able to stand up to or replace Duff......Your opinions?

I dont think "i guess" is an acceptable answer stephslash. If you have nothing decent to say dont say it.
I think Tommy is a great replacement for Duff. I mean, Richard Fortus just really doent ooze anything GNR does he? He looks very out of place and I dont like his style much. He has been in some good bands, and I think the fact that he hasnt been in a huge band is good, that way he isnt overshadowing the name of GNR.
